Every registration requires payment of the conference fee. This fee covers the entire stay in Talloires. Preferential rates apply for early bird registration before June 30. Abstracts can be submitted at the same time or later until August 31.

The conference package includes all costs of the stay at the Abbeye de Talloires:

• Registration fee, coffee breaks
• Single or double room accommodation
• Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Welcome reception
• Tuesday social event (excursion and conference dinner)
• Free shuttle service to the airport of Geneva on October 6 and 9

Cancellation and refund policy: No refund can be made for cancellations requested after August 31. Before this period, a cancellation fee of 100.00 € applies.

Fellowships

Based on the contribution of sponsors, we will be able to provide a certain number of fellowships for PhD and postdoctoral students. To be eligible, please check the case in the registration form, provide an abstract, and send a CV and motivation letter directly to: nme2019@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr
